You can process your return online by logging into our website here and clicking on “Orders”. Find the order on that page with the item you want to return and click on the “Request Warranty” button to start the RMA process. You’ll want to include a note in the box that references the RMA# and Order# to ensure we can properly process your refund. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You can process your exchange online by logging into our website here and clicking on “Orders”. Find the order on that page with the item you want to exchange and click on the “Request Warranty” button to start the RMA process. You’ll want to include a note in the box that references the RMA# and Order# to ensure we can properly process your exchange. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to our facility, but we’ll take care of the shipping costs of sending the replacement back to you.

If you suspect that your package has been delayed or possibly lost, please contact USPS Tracking® customer service directly and have your USPS tracking number on hand. You can email your concern by sending USPS an email with as much detail as possible and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Or you can call USPS at 1-800-222-1811 at any time that they’re open:

  • Monday thru Friday: 8:00am to 8:30pm ET
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Sundays: Closed
  • Holidays: Closed
