My deep sleep has definitely increase. I get a consistent 40-50 minutes a night now. Before true dark was very inconsistent ranging from 0- 30 minutes. They arent sexy but work well
These are a great pair of glasses that help keep one asleep at night.
I think that they help tremendously with the random blue like from appliances in a home or appartment.
They feel comfortable & I get tired about 30 minutes after putting them on. I sleep so much better!!
It definitely works as it should. So it's a good solution for circadian rhythm management. Especially if you are working night shifts like I do.
Glasses are really dark. So TrueDark is not a marketing slogan. But be careful if you are planning to work with monitors of any machinery. Glasses are changing colors significantly. For the same reason, wearing glasses when you drive a car it's a good idea. This mentioned in the instructions.
Overall, I really satisfied with this product. Looks good, feels good and definitely works good.
I’m really impressed with my TrueDark glasses. I noticed within a few nights that I was winding down faster and falling asleep more easily. They’re well-made, comfortable, and actually stylish enough to wear in the evening without feeling silly.
Such a simple upgrade to my nighttime routine — highly recommend if you’re serious about better sleep.

I noticed a difference in the first 2 days - without getting too complicated, I undoubtedly feel way more Zen on a daily basis! I didn’t realize how much junk light was effecting me, until it was no longer! Seemingly excellent for headlights too! Dave Asprey was wearing these discussing the nervous system, and my body said, YES!
