We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all nonprescription glasses purchased through truedark.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges are available for prescription glasses except as set forth below. 

Please note the following return guidelines:

• Returned glasses must meet all standard return requirements, including being unused, in original condition, and submitted within the 30-day return window.
• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in order to receive a refund.
• Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
  
• TrueDark does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• TrueDark offers full refunds on prescription glasses that are not made according to the prescription provided by you or if the lens or lenses are otherwise defective. In those cases, you may also request replacement of non-conforming prescription glasses free of charge.
• For prescription glasses that are defective in any way other than a lens defect or not made according to the prescription provided, TrueDark offers free exchanges provided that the lens in the original prescription glasses are returned and are not broken.
