The glasses are super comfortable to wear and I often forget I’m wearing them when heading to bed for the night. I will say that it makes it substantially easier to wind down in the evening, especially if I’m on any of my screens for any period of time. And I’ve noticed my Oura Ring scores also increasing since I started wearing them at night. Maybe a coincidence but I’d say it’s a direct correlation. Highly recommend!!
