I like them and hope they are protecting me from the blue light. They are somewhat uncomfortable because they are heavy when combined with my glasses and it hurts the top of my nose, Do you have any ideas how I could make this a more comfortable experience?

Fantastic glasses to calm the mind. I didn’t expect them to make such a difference. The results are better sleep and more energy. I have all three - Daylights, Sunset and Twilights.They all really do make a difference.
The glasses really help but the part that goes over the nose irritates me. I’d like to return it and get t Twilight Monaco or something similar that doesn’t have the same nose guard.
They are high quality and I am hoping they will allow me to work on my computer or watch TV before bed without throwing off my internal clock.

i have yellow one the case is perfect i like the size so i am usung them night time :) for now i do not see any difference at sleep probably in future
I love the protection during the day with my computer screens, however the glasses are rough on the edges and tend to pull my hair, and scratch my head.
My sleep quality has improved noticeably plus the glasses are sturdy and good-looking.
This technology has definitely improved my sleep quality plus they are well made and look pretty cool!
EDIT: After my original review about the frame breaking, True Dark reached out to me and let me know that the glasses were covered by their 1 year warranty (something I missed) and offered to send me a replacement.
I have both the Daylight and Sunset Fairline and love them both. I have already recommended this brand to my friends and family and will continue to do so - even more so now after their team went above and beyond to contact me. Thanks again!
