Made no difference to my sleep so I'll keep using him but I am thinking of sending him back
Amazing glasses! When I wake up in the morning I feel fully rested, I’ve not had this feeling in years. My wife bought some as well after using mine. Highly recommended!!
Absolute waist of money. Did not do anything with my circadian rythm ad sleep. And the quality of glasses itself is insane. If would buy 9-16dollars glasses on amazon that would be better then this. I want ro return this glasses back.
The lense keeps popping out. These things feel so cheaply made and I’m shocked with how expensive they are. I mean they feel like the same quality of $10 pair of sunglasses you can buy at a box store. I wear them every night buf expected much more.
My bed time ritual now includes the Twilights. The glasses are comfortable. The frame is a good quality and so are the lenses but there is some light that filters in from the sides. Remember when Ray Bans came with side shields… this is what the Twilights Monaco are missing!!! I think y’all should sell some”true dark side shields” to stop the lights from filtering in the sides. I recommend them.
I can definitely feel the difference in my eyes when I wear these glasses and use screens like my laptop. I feel like I can use my laptop all day and not get eye strain if I wear these glasses. Highly recommended!
Huge help in the morning with all the people that have ridiculous blinding head lights.
Too dark of a tint to see well. Everything looks orange can't watch TV or use computer
These are cool glassez. Reall block out light especially the peripheral ligh most blue light glases not designed to do. Get a calm , cozy feeling wash over me when i put them on. Wouldn't recommend for watching tv. They're really made for just relaxing and promting relaxation before sleep.

I have been using true dark at night for about an hour before bed. I feel like I have better sleep and fall asleep faster.
I bought a pair of the yellow ones and a pair of th red ones. the glasses are great - no issues. I do have a problem with the packaging and all the stuff that came with the glasses. I guess Apple stared it, making their products look deluxe. But i don’t need any more cases for glasses or fancy boxes that aren’t readily recyclable. i wish this trend would stop. Just send me the glasses with minimal protection in the most environmenmtally friendly container.

These are perfect for winding down 2 hours before bed. You can still see most colors on a screen and they look great!
I was hesitant on the price but I just went for it. These have been a solid purchase.
So far I think these really do make a difference for me. I wear them as I’m winding down before I get in bed.

The glasses are too tight and are hurting my head. Customer service has been outstanding by responding quickly to my inquiries.
The Daylights Fitovers are heavy, what I mean about heavy is they press too hard against my head above my ears that it's hard to wear them for an extended period of time without my head hurting.
Love them! They’re comfortable, high quality, and have quickly become my new favorites. Definitely a great upgrade.
