I’m really impressed with my TrueDark glasses. I noticed within a few nights that I was winding down faster and falling asleep more easily. They’re well-made, comfortable, and actually stylish enough to wear in the evening without feeling silly.

What a great surprise! After one week my spleen has increased by 40 minutes per night and I have at least 3 to 4 hours of deep and rem sleep. Itis so effective that I can’t resist to go to bed after 15/30 minutes! Maybe I should get the « orange » version after sunset but I don’t think it’s available as fitovers. Tell me if I’ m wrong or ifyou have any suggestion.

great pair of glasses, for shifting from day to night. Not as "bright" and the day light lenes, but not full red light the twilights. You can still watch TV, or do things around the house. I also think it make the transition to twilights easier and less dramatic. The only drawback may be getting used to the two tone lenses. I found that it takes a few nights to get used to the gradients, but after that just a seamless transition along the way to sleep

Fall to sleep so fast after wearing these at night!

Ok, I have tried so my blue light booking glasses and these are hands down my favorite!
Let's start with the frames, they are the most comfortable frames ever, nothing to snag the hair behind your ears, they feel luxurious & they are actually stylish.
Many blue light blocking glasses are meaty looking, not the Monaco transitions.
I can wear them around the house and when I'm out and about shopping in stores that have junk light, then when I walk outside on a overly bright day they turn into sun glasses! Brilliant.
Typically I love to get sunlight in my eyes but they have been spraying the sky's with these metals that make the sun so reflective, it's amazing to have this transition effect to protect my eyes from the glare.
Everywhere I go, people stop me and ask me about my Monaco daylight translations.
I need to order a second pair to keep in my car.
If you on the fence about these, get them. They are amazing and I even like to wear mine in the evening driving because they help reduce the glare of head lights but actually help me see better.

I wear these glasses everyday while I work. I love that they filter out harmful light while allowing light for focus in. I feel a difference in my energy and my ability to sleep at night while having been on screens all day.

I’m finding my Sunsets Fairlane to work great. I put them on in the evening if I’m watching T.V. or looking at my computer. I ca even fit my small reading glasses underneath them if I’m reading for a while before bedtime. I get migraine headaches so I’m really appreciating the relief I get from reducing the bright lights from the T.V. and screens in the evenings. I then put on my Twilights a half hour before bed. This allows for a gradual reduction of blue, violet and green light exposures in the mid through late evenings. I believe that my sleep has improved and I feel more relaxed and calmer when I lay my head on my pillow at night.

I lost my twilight pair that I had for years. I just got the sunsets and I love them too.

They do the job. If I forget to put them on it is harder to fall asleep.

Dramatically dark red that altered visibility and the frame is uncomfortably heavy on my nose even after adding cushioned nose pads.
