Yes, briefly. Daylights Transition glasses have photochromic lenses that transition into sunglasses, providing UV400 protection. However, these lenses were designed to prioritizes indoor circadian support.

Daylights filter 75% of blue light, protecting you from screens and overhead lighting while still letting in the healthy blue you need for daytime energy and focus. 

Sunsets use a gradient lens that blocks 93% of blue & violet and 99% of green light. The darker red top shields you from harsh overheads, while the lighter yellow bottom keeps vision clear for evening tasks. 

Twilights go further, blocking 99% of blue, green, and violet light. EEG testing shows they shift your brainwaves into a rested state within minutes, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Junk light is the artificial light blasting from screens, LEDs, and overheads at the wrong time of day. Your brain treats light like a signal—and junk light sends the wrong one. It tells your body “it’s still daytime,” even late at night. The result? Junk sleep, junk energy, junk focus, and a biology that’s constantly out of rhythm.

 Wear Daylights after getting some natural sunlight in the morning. Aim for about 30 minutes of daylight first—then use Daylights to block junk light from screens, LEDs, CFLs, and other artificial sources throughout the day.
