Wind down after a day on your feet: Now that Autumn is upon us, cold feet and slippers go hand in hand. With your TrueLight Energy Square, you have a built in foot warmer that can rejuvenate and strengthen you, from the ground up! Everyone sits down at some point during the day, so it’s easy to add TrueLight into your routine without missing a beat! After a long day of work, school or sports, you can place the hardest working part of your body- your feet- on your TrueLight device. A lot of people want to spend time meditating, but don’t find the time in the day. Here is a great way to multitask in a healthy way. Relax the back: the spine is a hard working part of the body. While sitting in a chair or on the couch, put the TrueLight unit behind your lower back or upper shoulders.
